ALL ABOUT…

Chris Coull is a very fine jazz trumpeter. For 15 years he was the main band leader in Qatar, and now he’s back in the UK we couldn’t wait to work with him! He can cover anything up to a big band.

Your options

The Chris Coull duo comes in two flavours – Chris with a guitarist or with a pianist. Both versions can provide a sophisticated ambience for your event. This line-up is perfect for a smaller budget and/or a smaller space.

The Chris Coull trio is nice and compact, and one of our more popular jazz bands. The line-up is usually Chris plus guitar and double bass, however it is possible to substitute piano for guitar. They specialise in wedding receptions and corporate events.

The Chris Coull quartet is another popular option for live jazz groups. Featuring trumpet, guitar, double bass and drums the band plays classic jazz standards such as My Funny Valentine, plus famous bossa nova selections, such as Wave.

The Chris Coull quintet is another great option. Add sax to the quartet line up and you have yourself a fantastic spectacle. If you want your guests to dance, we always recommend having a drummer.

Chris also runs a small big-band. An eight piece instrumental band can play many classics of the era. Add a vocalist for a nine-piece and you really have a show on your hands.

Chris’s groups have played countless wedding receptions, corporate events, jazz clubs, private parties and have toured in many countries. He has played all around the Arabian Gulf for sheiks and CEOs, so he knows how to impress.
